Calypso died when Festus crashed to the ground, after Leo rescued her. Leo is devastated. He needs to learn how to move on and he is having trouble. He has returned to camp with the others. He feels like he can't love anyone ever again. His life is turned around completely when a daughter of Apollo walks into his life.
The girl hates him at first, but after being stuck on a quest with Leo Valdez and Nico di Angelo, her thoughts change.

I said I wouldn't post this, but here we are. (Updated summary) Percy Jackson has gone missing. Olympus has closed. Great, time for a new quest. Rachel's Prophecy of Eight has begun after three new demigods have been picked up across the country. The new campers, and a slightly less newer one, must go on a quest to rescue the queen of the heavens. When they return, they realize their issue is bigger than they thought. They must go to the newly discovered Roman camp, pick up three other demigods, begin the quest to Rome, lose some team members in Tartaurs, close the Doors of Death, and inevitably wake Gaea.
