Dana Blake is in her senior year of High School and her dad finally lets her try out for the hockey team. Usually she makes it through ice season with help from her princess of a best friend Camille Fonte, her other dorkier best friend Ian Pratt, and her twin brother Logan. This year, she's going to need the help not only of her two best friends and her brother, but an annoying sidekick by the name of Adam Kingsly, and Adam's best friend and Dana's crush, captain of the Penguin's hockey team, Jayden Healy.

Jayden wants to lead the Penguin's to victory in the All State Tournament this year, and he's unsure if he can do it with a girl on the team. But Dana proves her worth in tryouts, and sometimes, Jayden is happier with her on the team than half of the boys.

Dana's whole life has revolved around hockey, and now it does even more so. Dana is striving to be the best player on the team and help Jayden get the boys to the All State Tournament. But the team has to want it for themselves, and Dana and Jayden have to figure out how to make them want it.
