Even though Liam Stanton hates attention and is shy, he has gained everyone's attention and affection due to his kindness, intelligence and talent. Now he is suffering everyday with the consequences of that trust. He doesn't know if he can ever escape the nightmares and his thoughts are starting to consume him.

Aiden Parker is a new student and an all around positive person. He lives his life the way he wants and he doesn't take crap from anyone. He's very good at reading people and hates liars. He loves soccer and is joining the team at his new school. When Aiden meets Liam he is immediately drawn to him. The boy seems kind and shy, but something in his eyes is bothering Aiden. The boy seems to constantly be lying to people and hiding things and Aiden wants to know why.

Will Aiden be able to discover Liam's secrets and gain his trust or will Liam finally let the darkness consume him.

This story is both a tragedy, where love can save you, but only if you want to be saved and a lesson about friends, trust and finding happiness.
