Things have been tough, especially for Nakamura Rio of End Class.
Having a fight with her parents for fooling around and even bleaching her hair blonde, she ran away from home. She didn't have anywhere to go since her older brother was studying in Tokyo University and was residing on his own apartment which is far from her school.
But, fortunately (I think), her older brother happened to know a boy living on his own about her age and was enrolled on the same school. Despite the boy's reputation, her older brother knew he was a good kid and will protect his sister when needed.
And that boy, happened to be her suspended classmate, Akabane Karma.
Two 9th graders on living under the same roof. Boy and Girl. Both are undeniably smart and playful. What can go wrong?
