this is a story of my quotev account (princessnottobe) so i just wanted to post here to see what people here think of it.

Years ago......
Magnus sighed walking down the streets in Idris after a long and boring council meeting. He rubbed the back of his neck sighing as he felt it crack "Maybe I'm getting to old for this" he teased himself. He was about to open a portal when he hear a cry. It was soft but he was sure he heard a baby's cry. Of course he followed the sound of the cry to see a tiny baby in a box alone. People passed by not giving the child the time of day. It made Magnus sick with how they treated this poor baby. Magnus gently picked the baby up looking into the baby's eyes as it stopped crying. Magnus knew this child was special "come little one you will not die while I'm around you have a life to live" he opened the portal and took the baby to it's new home by his side.
That child was Alex Herondale, one of the greatest warriors of her time. She was known as the Assassin because she was much like the Assassins in the mundane game Assassin's Creed. Alex lived with Magnus but she was a Shadowhunter. Her blood brother Jace assigned her with the task of making the new girl, Clary Fray a real shadowhunter. The blonde and red head bumped head a lot of certain things doing with being a Shadowhunter but the least expected thing happened. Alex fell in love with Clary.
