Darkness clouded his vision. Rattling of chains and blood curdling screams occupied his ears. Ropes bound his wrists together. A rusted metal cadge surrounded him.

This has been his life for the last 72 hours. Ever since Haru went to the bar with his friend Nico. Those two always cause trouble wherever they go. Well it always follows.

Heavy breathing could be heard next to him signaling that his friend had awoken from his slumber. A small wisper from a broken voice was heard soon after.

"H-haru?! Are you ok in there? Please...answer me!"

Nico whimpered, pain clear in his voice. Just taking a glance over at the male you could see him littered in bruises. Cuts and allot more. A small sigh and shuffing followed. 

"Yeah...I'm ok...I didn't sleep. To busy keeping an eye on your short ass..."

This banter went back and forth. They were both trying to make some light in this situation. Something the duo normally did when things got two bad for them. 

After a little while, a loud slam was heard. This silenced the entire room. Minus a few wimpers. This always terrified them...

So why couldn't I say so?
