The Prince's Wolf

A mother had begged the gods to give her a son. She even sculpted a baby from clay. Eventually a god heard her prayers, and brought the clay to life. Made it into a human child.

But after her prayer was heard, the mother grew greedy. She didn't want the child born from clay anymore. She wanted to the gods to give her a child through conception. So she abandoned the child in the woods, not caring if it lived or died.

The god that gave her the child was angry. He had her killed, and then he searched for HIS son. But he never found him, no matter what he did. Eventually the God accepted that his son was dead.
