Convergent Evolution- convergent evolution is the independent evolution of similar features in two unrelated species.

Or- a child accidentally blasts Tokoyami with an appearance-changing quirk, removing his mutant traits. Well, that's annoying. Wait... Why does he look so much like Hawks? Stop laughing, dammit!
