When a gas station employee from a gas station in the middle of no where is captured by a group of scientists and cultist and taken to an Asylum the employee must find his way out as he runs from horrible monstrosities and insane patients. As Markus tries to find the exit he slowly starts to religious markings and sacrificial altars and churches as he runs through the abandon wings and dystriod rooms ge realizes that while he looks for the exit something is looking for him.
