The Hanging Tree (The Hunger Games Short Story)

A little story I thought of, based off The Hunger Games in Willow Mellark's P.O.V.

After Mockingjay, the Capitol begun to take control underground without anybody knowing, before trying to take control again and turn everything back to the way it was. Katniss doesn't allow it to happen and herself and her family, Peeta and her children, suffer greatly for it.
