Pretty much the description of this is that you, the reader, is going to slowly start to become more insane and have darker thoughts as the story progresses. You're gonna have dark thoughts at the start but you won't actually do it. Later in the story you will have dark thoughts and actually do it. There will be abuse in the story towards one of the main characters. Also some of the scenes will be very graphic so if you don't like violent things then don't read.
