supercut (noun): a compilation of a large number of short video clips, typically showing examples of a repeated or clichéd action or phrase in films or broadcasts.

Aelin Reynolds, a college student who has just scored an internship in New York City. Someone who pays attention to people's punctuation use and the lilac blooms, and overworks herself, all as a distraction.

Ryan Lanson, a rich, frankly cocky, boy who will inherit his father's publishing company. He'd always been a little lonely and used partying and hookups to distract him from what's really plaguing him.

One night they meet.
And keep meeting.

Bound to face the inevitable, they both start to dig themselves into a hole they both know they can't climb out of.

By the end of it all, will they lay together at night in a world of happily ever after, or will they replay a supercut of it all in different bedrooms.
