Atsumu was a normal person that lived with his brother Osamu, each brothers have their monthly check up to make sure everything was alright. Osamu was fine but Atsumu had cancer. They were both shocked to hear that but they both spent as much time with each other. So one day Atsumu wanted to go to a nearby area by the park to watch the sunrise.
