Two factions are at war, fighting over a speck of organic dust known as Earth. The Autobots and Decepticons, however, never could see what was really going on beneath Earth's atmosphere. They never found the monsters. They never saw the creatures.
The Foundation made sure of that.
Yet, a certain Foundation agent wants the Cybertronians off of her planet. When MECH becomes a threat to both humanity and the metal titans, she tries to convince them that they must leave Earth immediately. This results in a certain... tour.
Of course, when you're with the Foundation, anything can happen. Before she can make the two factions leave Earth, she has to get their leaders out of Site-19

When the truths hit hard, and all the lies shatter into small pieces of glass. Erin learns the truth about herself. How she had gotten mute and how and why she was existing in the first place. Raf, Jack, Erin and Miko realize they were destined for something. The regeneration of Cybertron. For that to happen, the autobots travel across the world to search for relics of the Thirteen Primes. Things change when the autobots encounter a new member. One who has lost her friends and has crash landed on Earth. After much hesitation, she is accepted into the autobot's fold. A day comes when two of the autobots, Bulkhead and Wheeljack, gets into deep trouble and almost dies. That's when Erin comes in, using her key to save them and preventing more losses and more grief amongst the autobots. When she uses her key, however, it unlocks a door, allowing a foe to enter their world. This foe, however, is not their usual common enemy. This foe has history going deep and deep, all the way back to the Primes. They are here to wreck chaos upon the world. To use humanity as slavery. And to accomplish that, they would require power greater than mere technology. Where will they obtain this power? Who will they obtain it from? Who is this foe? Will Cybertron finally be saved? Alias is an unusual girl. She doesn't remember who she was when she was younger, her first memory was as a 6 year old, stumbling through the woods into an old abandoned barn, wounded and weak. This is where she meets the equally confused Cybertronian, who she named Nickname. As they grow up and learn about the world around them, they realize that the world is a horrible place. And while Nickname has the Decepticons chasing him, Alias has a group of human sized metal warriors that seem endless and relentless chasing her. (Later revealed by Ratchet as power hunters from early Cybertron.) Oh, and did she mention her metal wings? No, oh well... Once they meet the Autobots though, they seem to have found their peace, until they decide to help the Autobots of course. I mean, after Alias tries to kill them.
