 Russian Plastics Surgeon Dimitri Bishkov lusts for greatness. He was top in his class at school and always strives to be number one even when it comes to competing against his fellow surgeon and only friend Charles Patterson.

Dimitri goes too far in experimenting on live people from within the Hospital that he works at. Thinking his creation is worthy to be called art. Dimitri summons Charles to the morgue where his creation waits. Charles not prepared for what is to come.
