No, not the daughter you may know of. This story is about the Doctor's other daughter.
The one he kind of didn't know about.

After spending my whole life (I'm 15) as a prisoner, I'm finally free and I've finally met my dad, the Doctor. My world's has gotten much larger than the white-walled room I used to know, every moment in time is mine.
Until, of course, there's a little "accident," neither the Doctor or the TARDIS is in sight.
Luckily, some people in San Fransokyo have taken me in, and they own a café, that's a plus.
Except, the Doctor named me Classified.
And I'm getting sick of having to explain that's my actual name.

(The TARDIS has decided, this story is now a crossover with Big Hero 6. AU where Tadashi survived and he was just in a coma but he's fine now.)

The doctor hasn't been the same for some time now, she is absent and rarely takes her "Fam" on an adventure. Yaz, Ryan, and Graham decide to confront her. When suddenly the alarm of the Tardis goes off, they go on a new discovery tour. In search of the reason for this, the doctor meets an old friend again, Jack. He has a new partner, a young girl. She seems to know a lot about the doctor and his enemies, which is what worries the doctor and her companions. When Jack has to come to terms with the truth about the last years, especially about his new companion, the doctor also starts to have doubts about the real reason for their reunion. -Disclaimer- I apologize if there is a spelling mistake somewhere. Just write it in the comments and I will correct it as soon as possible. This is the first Wattpad Story I have ever written so I apologize if it is bad. Amelia and Avalyn Pond were two Scottish girls who lived in an English village named Leadworth. when Amelia was seven and Avalyn was six, they met a strange man who called himself 'The Doctor', after his little blue box fell out of the sky, into their back garden. After saving them from a crack in their wall, The Doctor leaves with the promise of returning five minutes later, so when he returns later than expected, there's no wonder why they've changed. Despite everything, Amelia and Avalyn decide to travel the universe, through time and space, with The Doctor, in his TARDIS. As time goes by, The Doctor starts to notice that Avalyn's eyes catch the attention of everyone they meet, and it annoys him that he can't figure out why. But with cracks in the skin of the universe appearing, The Doctor can't seem to find the time to work it out. Perhaps the cracks can provide more answers than The Doctor was expecting to find, opening up new posibilities that he could only ever hope for. ○~@~○ "I like your eyes." She stated suddenly, causing The Doctor to pause in his actions. "My eyes?" He asked her, an amused grin on his face as he kneeled down to her hieght. "What about them?" She decided to elaborate. "Sad and old and wise; full of impossible stories that hold millions of words. Cold with grief, while at the same time, warm with the kindness of a man that can do no wrong." Avalyn paused as The Doctor grinned wildly at her. "Oh, Pond..." He sighed; shaking his head slightly, patting her on the head. "See you both in five minutes." He promised, jumping into the blue police box as the sisters observed, holding hands. This is simply fan fiction. All original characters in this story are my own and any relation to other characters is purely coincidental. For clarity, the story takes place with David Tennant playing the Tenth Doctor, but the first chapter is set in season 1 episode 6, 'Dalek', in Henry van Statten's underground bunker. I am choosing to be creative through this story and some characters may not appear purely because that's the way I've written it. I also have no hate at all for our girl Rose, she is and will always be my favourite companion, but I was inspired to write a story like this. So the Doctor does not meet Rose in this story, but instead embarks on a journey where this companion has some interesting surprises in store. "Hello!? WAIT YOU CANT JUST LEAVE ME AGAIN!" I yelled still on my knees in the middle of my living room. "Please. Please I don't know what I'm doing Doctor." I whispered as I silently sobbed.
