Can you see different colors?
If yes, good for you. Well, this guy doesn't, he can't see other colors except for greyscale.
When he was six years old, he was diagnosed as colorblind.
It was summer and his parents are planning to enroll him in an exclusive school for boys. They tried to ask him some questions that suit kids like him and he answer every question correctly but when they asked him about colors, he can't even answer a single question. They waited for months before they try to ask him again and they ended up sleeping because he can't still answer it.
It's like he's looking at the same color with different shades. Even his parents look pale in his vision, they're like living sketches.
His mother is a doctor and she has an idea about special children, so at first, they thought that he's special and his learning ability improves slower than other kids.
His parents knew something was not right so they brought him to a hospital. They made a lot of tests and that was the time when he was diagnosed with Monochromacy.
/Notes: Monochromacy, is a rare type of colorblindness that one sees only in greyscale. /
But despite his situation, he did not suffer because his loved ones did take good care of him.
His boyfriend is taking good care of him. Yes, you read it right, he has a boyfriend. They've been together for eight years now and he's been taking care of him since day one. His parents love his boyfriend so much, they even gave them a house as a present for their 2nd anniversary and they've been living under the same roof for six years now.
After knowing him, let me introduce him to you...
This guy is named Chris Connor, he's 29 years old. He's a Mono and he is glad to invite you all to join him in his journey as son, life partner, writer, and himself.
