Camille Kinkaid is a hunter, a highly skilled fighter and trained marksman. She is summoned to Europe to hunt a vampire that's been plaguing Paris recently. On her hunt, she has to go undercover, going to the clubs that the vampire frequents to find his victims, and a solitary club where he can be himself.
Spending so much time undercover, and with the vampire, Bastien, Camille realizes that she has another side to her. Slowly sinking further into her newly discovered dark side, Camille ends up falling in love with Bastien and gives herself over to the world he lives in.
This novel is a little Supernatural meets Buffy, the Vampire Slayer meets Queen of the Damned rolled into a tantalizing, sensual world of underground clubs, quippy dialogue and a dark under belly of supernatural creatures.

Someone in Port Angeles is killing Darksiders and leaving the bodies lying right out in plain sight. And that is a no-no. If a human were to discover one of the bodies, all the Darksiders would be exposed and that would mean a whole heap of trouble that no one, Darksider or human, would be ready for. With any luck, she'll come out of the situation the same person as when she went into it.
