There it was. Nathan Chen. America's supposed golden boy at the Winter Olympics earlier that year that unfortunately came up much too short when it counted the most. Her brothers said she'd meet some interesting people at college, some she never would've expected, and it appears they were right. She did not expect someone like him to be the first fellow Yale student she'd face on her first day of college.
    
    Here's to hoping we both make it out of this first semester and our respective sports stages alive, skater boy.
