Even though the story itself isn't completed, I've lost the interest to keep writing 'The Bare Leaves'. I may in the future, but as of right now, it is completed. <33
With tension from the approaching leafbare, a blood-thirsty badger, and from their rivals of WindClan, RiverClan apprentice Breezepaw and her friends try their best to help their suffering clan, trying to do more healing than harm, but what can a few apprentices do in a cold and changing world?
"The breeze carried with it the sorrowful past, the changing present, and the ominous future into the sleeping camp, bringing a warning to the clan cats. Although StarClan is powerful, they cannot control everything, or no cat would truly be free. They can only bring warning to the living, but they cannot change the past, nor can they make every wish come true.
With the death of the beetle, and the sway of the breeze, the flight of the finch across the vast and curvy river, and the anonymous newt, StarClan sends a warning to the cats of a future leafbare they will never forget."

This is a fan-fiction based off of the 'Warrior Cats' series by Erin Hunter.

Darkpaw, Leafpaw's brother, meanwhile, is slowly uncovering the clans story, piecing together the events of the past that continue to haunt the clan.
