(Just a heads-up, this is the rewritten version of Battle to the Ages, You don't have to read it if you're new to my profile to know what's going on in this book since this will be a completely rewritten book)
Skyrim is a province of Tamriel which holds many mysteries. One of which is how four dragonborns came into being in the same timeline. One being an Imperial sword-maiden with a secret no one can know , one being a Breton spellsword with a tricky back story, another being a Wood Elf barbarian with the urge to fight, and the other being a Redguard with the attitude of a child. Read this story to figure out what happens with four dragonborns running around Skyrim and her cities. Will there be mischief? Will there be action? Will there be mayhem? Only the gods know.
I do not own any characters from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim besides the four dragonborns that will be the main characters in this story. If you read Battle of the Ages before you know of two then but one of them I will be changing his background.

The Song of Deirdre Part I
Deirdre Morningsong returns to Skyrim seeking vengeance on the Nords who murdered her parents, only to be captured by Imperial soldiers who mistake her for a Stormcloak rebel. After escaping both the Imperial dungeons and the destructive return of the dragon Alduin, she resolves to discover what strange power is within her, and what the dragons have to do with it. Follows the main quest lines of the game, weaving them into a story of adventure and romance, with numerous twists on the canon. I'm hoping it's equally enjoyable for those who've played the game and those who haven't. Trigger warnings: rape is mentioned, one is attempted and prevented, but none are completed. Some other sexual assault. The first chapters are PG-13, but later ones become R-rated. (Feedback on appropriate ratings appreciated.) Skyrim is part of the Elder Scrolls series of games, copyright by Bethesda Softworks. The image for the book cover is from the game. I've worked in nonfiction up to now because it's easier for me to describe places and events I can experience first-hand. To the point where her life literally hangs by a thread again. And, someone beneath the surface of the planet, plans vengeance against those who banished him. Including against a young dragon who is only related by energon.
