His eyes glistered under the moonlight. But Asuma smiled. "That means you would be the last person standing in battle?" The little boy nodded eagerly. His tiny hand shot up in the air as he celebrated his fictional victory. "I would punch and kick anyone who comes my way! Yeah!" He punched his imaginary opponent in order to show his skills to Asuma. Two left punches and a swift kick in the air before laughing innocently. "Do you know what being the last person standing means young one?" Asuma asked him once more while placing his hand on the boys head ruffling his hair. The young boy raised his head and smiled at him showing him an pearly white smile. "Of course! It means that I am the winner!" Asuma bitterly smiled back at him as he watched him chase after a butterfly. A children's innocence was all that gave him hope. "And that everyone around you is dead..."
