An alien crash-lands on Earth while he was trying to make a discovery of an ancient and powerful Statue of Barulhtuc. He is abducted by the secret organization and has been experimented on as a result. One day he escapes and must use his powers to blend in with the crowd to avoid getting hunted down while trying to find a way back to his home planet.
