The entire cultivation world turned against Wei Wuxian. The only one who did not, was Lan Wangji. That day at Nightless City, after Wei Wuxian fell from that cliff, Jiang Cheng stabbed Lan Wangji in the process. Lan Wangji didn't look back as he fell from that cliff after Wei Wuxian. The thing is, with the cultivation world thinking the two have died, Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian were now free from their clutches. With a lot of work and effort from Lan Wangji to help Wei Wuxian stay alive, he eventually found help from someone who knows of their story and was willing to help them. That person helped bring Wei Wuxian back. The only thing they had to decide, clear Wei Wuxian's name or stay hidden. What will be their decision? Wei Wuxian arrived for guest lectures to the Cloud Recesses. However, Lan Wangji quickly notices, that there is something strange about the Yunmeng Jiang sect head disciple. He does not act like rumour describe him. And most importantly, he does not act the same as he had done in the past. Moreover, there are strange visions that Lan Wangji gets when he is close to Wei Wuxian. Just what is going on? OR Wei Wuxian travelled back to the past. He does not remember anything and does not want to get close to Lan Wangji. What will Lan Wangji do? This work is inspired by request from Olivia Hawkins: "A time travel fic after Guanyin Temple where WWX uses MXY's golden core to travel all the way back before he went to the Cloud Recesses and he takes this pill that prevents him from falling in love. Every time LWJ is near WWX, he has visions of the events that occurred later in the novel such as the Cloud Recesses burning, WWX giving his golden core to JC, WWX being thrown into burial mounds and WWX becoming the YP. He approaches WWX this time and hopes that he can protect him but is rejected constantly. So he summons most of the cultivation world to tell them about the visions he had seen." I am writing a different scene for when Wei Wuxian leave the burial mound. In the untamed Wei Wuxian forgive Lan Wangji and fight by his side. So in my story I want Wei Wuxian to become cold toward Lan Wangji. Ah also, since there not much story about XianWang, this will be a XianWang. Anyway.... After leaving the burial mound, Wei a Wuxian decide to go take his revenge out of Wen Chao, Wang Lingjiao and Wen Zhuliu. He end up seeing Jiang Cheng and Lan Wangji again. Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji end up having a fall out. Wei Wuxian decided that he doesn't want to get involved with Lan Wangji anymore. 'He doesn't understand what I went through.
