What most people don't realize is that her scars run deeper than the physical surface. That night never left her, and never will, because it will be forever etched into her skin and no one will look at her the same. They make her into something, but I'm not going to say that they make her into something that she isn't. Those scars are who she is, they are her. That's why everywhere she goes, she's known as the girl with scars.
