Superhero Captain Wonder, aka Cassiopeia Stonewell; and Supervillian Nighthawk, are both citizens of the metropolis Hayle-city. The catch? They're enemies of each other, constantly at each other's throats. This only changes when Cassiopeia finds out something that her employer, Honasis don't want her to know.
