Beth Baxter is one of Tony Stark's prized engineers. As he spends more time being the home-based family man, he has been relying on her, Bruce and Peter to take on more of the background runnings of his newly developed compound.
She spent just over a year learning about their advanced technology in Wakanda.
She has met most of the team but not everyone, so when she meets the Ex Winter Soldier, she begins to realise that life is more than tech, wires and metal arms. A lot more.

Set in one of the Multiverses in which Captin Marvel snapped her fingers, her internal energy absorbed the side-effects of the infinity stones. However, She was in a 3-week coma afterwards. 

On returning the stones, Steve restored Natasha to him and brought her and Peggy back to the current time. He knew Peggy had always been a woman ahead of her time. 

Wandavision still took place as Vision was gone, and the same went for Loki, who went through his series. 'Hence a possible Multiverse.'

As Steve returned, Sam did not have to decide anything about the shield, and the 3 of them, Steve, Sam and Bucky, faced Karli and the flag smashers. 

The Government still put John Walker and Lamar in place as the Government's agents signed to keep tabs on the Avengers.

John Walker still got his hands on the super-soldier serum. By accident, mid-fight with the Flag Smashers. John had spun to hit one of the Flag Smashers, but misjudging his new strength, he hit Lamar instead of cracking his skull, killing him instantly. The event captured this on a new camera, so the Government was the Government, which threw him out of the developing team.

It wasn't long after that when she was plucked off the street like some stray cat and chained to a chair like a dog on a leash, where she learned that Bucky had endured something worse than death and that she was there to help them break him. Nothing she did could stop the turn of events that took place as the years rolled by. She hardly noticed that neither one of them aged. It wasn't until Hydra fell and she was still locked away, somewhere in the deep pits of some underground facility, that she realized how much the world had changed. Bucky Barnes remembered very little outside his own name, but he remembered a girl. He remembered a girl with a voice of reason, who spoke only the truth to him, who wanted nothing more than to keep him safe from himself. It caused a slight shake to the structure but not enough to make the building cave it on itself, though. Once the tesseract dies down, the energy levels become stable quickly along with the tesseract itself. But there is something left behind from the outburst. A person to be more exact. As everyone gets a better look at the figure, they notice the dirty, ripped dark red peacoat with some buttons torn off, smudge-y black leggings, long dirty blonde hair, brown leather combat boots, and finally what she has in her hands that are hanging at her sides. It's been almost two years since the defeat of Thanos & the effects of the snap was successfully reversed. The world has slowly picked up the pieces & everyone worked hard to resume their lives right off where the Decimation left them hanging. Some succeeded, as easily as pressing the play button after putting a movie on a long pause, while some were never the same again despite regaining everything and everyone they have lost. The Avengers were the lucky ones. Lucky enough to go back to their normal or fortunate enough to be given a fresh start. Tony & Pepper got married & jetted off in a private island to finally start their long overdue family life. Sam moved back to D.C & resumed his work at the VA. Rhodey continued working as a military consultant & Wakanda has never been more occupied as it became the number one tourist spot in less then a year. Clint went back to retirement tugging Wanda along with him to his farm where Laura welcomed her with open arms. Thor & Bruce were off-planet helping the remaining Asgardians settle on a new home. Fury rebuilt his super spy network with Maria overseeing operations at the Avengers Facility, recruiting, training a new breed of response team. And Steve finally got Bucky back & they have spent the past year back in Brooklyn, traveling the world once in a while & even participating in USO tours and fairs. Everyone tried to move on and rightly so because at the end of the day, that's pretty much what's expected of everyone after any tragedy. Natasha, too has moved on. The only problem is, she chose to move on alone. * I don't own any of these characters or wish to infringe on any copy or intellectual rights.
