On returning the stones, Steve restored Natasha to him and brought her and Peggy back to the current time. He knew Peggy had always been a woman ahead of her time.

Wandavision still took place as Vision was gone, and the same went for Loki, who went through his series. 'Hence a possible Multiverse.'

As Steve returned, Sam did not have to decide anything about the shield, and the 3 of them, Steve, Sam and Bucky, faced Karli and the flag smashers.

The Government still put John Walker and Lamar in place as the Government's agents signed to keep tabs on the Avengers.

John Walker still got his hands on the super-soldier serum. By accident, mid-fight with the Flag Smashers. John had spun to hit one of the Flag Smashers, but misjudging his new strength, he hit Lamar instead of cracking his skull, killing him instantly. The event captured this on a new camera, so the Government was the Government, which threw him out of the developing team.
