Harry Styles recently turned 27. He has everything and also nothing. 

He is Death's next client.

Death is a cryptid;  servant of the next life. They are neither man nor woman, alive nor dead. They are also one of the caretakers of the newly deceased, including the 27 Club. Especially the 27 club. 

Harry is annoying, selfish, a womanizer, and everything Death wants to take out of the human realm- but he's not supposed to depart for another 63 years. By some touch of fate, Death gets put in charge of Harry to ensure he lives the rest of his 63 years the way his fate wrote before he veered off track.
