izuku was declared quirkless but the truth was he had magic instead of a quirk. his father died before his birth and his mother abused him because she believed it was his fault because she couldnt help her husband because she was carring him. he took it until he turned 13 when he started his path. when he isnt vigilanting he is with his boyfriend, playing with his adopted kids, helping at hosbitals, or at ua. so you know this is a hawksxdeku ship and it is legal because hawks is only 2 years older in this ua.
