Hana Suzuki is a girl stuck in the wrong generation. She's a fangirl. The only issue is that all the stuff she fangirls over is from the 21st century. She's stuck half a dozen generations in the future, in a world that has a scary amount of similarities with the worlds she finds in old dystopian stories: overbearing, corrupt governments and all. Despite her being perfectly content spending her time curled up in her room reading the old fanfiction databases, her world is turned upside down when her government reveals they screwed up and throws her into a world she could only dream of. The kind of world full of magic super powers, monsters, and hot people.

She finds herself stuck in a new part of her world where everyone seems to be firmly rooted in what she automatically deems pure insanity (seriously, who gives a bunch of 18 years olds magic swords and thinks it'll end well). She seeks out the help of Rai Yamato and his super hot, super deadly squad members. They quickly show her that the world, and its dangers, are much larger than she previously thought.
