The year is 4002. After the Great War between Humans and the Giant Aliens in the year 3022, humans were almost extinct.
As punishment for the Humans actions, the Aliens turned them into babies. The Aliens told the Humans, "If you act like children we'll treat you as one." Humans are kept in facilities till the age of eighteen. From there they're taken to a hospital where they receive a regression shot essentially making them toddlers.
The story follows Human, Clara and her journey with her new Alien caregivers.
