Noah just found his boyfriend of 5 years with a different man at their shared bar. After being heartbroken his friend Johnny convinces him to go to the learning hospital called 'kings learning hospital' owned by feng king.
Since Noah already when through med school he was qualified to become a resident at a hospital and just so happens kings hospital is offering a spot for a resident.
Noah was always a straight a student and never got into trouble. His résumé was perfect so he of course got the spot.
Soon after he got the spot a hospital in New York calling to say his grandpa was in the hospital and was going to die soon. Noah took the first chance to fly to his grandpa. On his death bed his cramps gave him a ring and said "if it turns a crimson red you found your soulmate If it breaks you or soulmate doesn't love you or cheated. Once you have kids and they are of age give them and ring and tell the same thing I told you"
With that he passed away. Noah kept that ring knowing it was bullshit until it glowed a crimson red. But the bad thing about it, it turned crimson when I met my boss feng king....
