Y/n is Tommy's medic, but they treat each other like old friends.
Tommy has Y/n's back during war, and would protect them with his life.
One day, when Tommy goes to kill Dream once and for all, he doesn't return to Phil's cabin like expected.
Ranboo then returns to Y/n with the news that the inevitable has happened, Tommy has lost his last canon life.
