7 people were chosen from the jail facility with the highest security, for a second chance. Only the 7 are smart enough to get through as a "temporary" team through the challenges of solving a murder. 

After completing what they need to, having a "second chance" at life, though, they stick to the bad side, cause trouble, and become the 7 most wanted fugitives.
