Ella was merely a thirteen year old girl, unaware of the powers and dark forces around her, wanting to possess the very pocket watch she clutches all day, everyday after the death of her mother and father in a train wreck. She was moved to her Aunt Mistress Oakentrost's dark mansion-house. She was ordered to only read books, and avoid the outdoors at all costs. Mistress Oakentrost claimed there where "creepers about". She fed her three meals a day and allowed no others. She provided a warm bed and roof to live under. A vast room with silken sheets and canopies. But there where more concerns that she waved away with her grades and being mistreated by her fellow classmates. But why?
