After the tiny country of Burgundy elects Paul Forester as their new Prime Minister, Julie's life has gone downhill. The new ruler has installed three foot thick walls around the entire perimeter of the tiny country, letting no one in, and no one out except for cargo planes and government officials. But that's not all of Julie's worries. Her father, a ruthless gangster that she hadn't heard from since she was a toddler, mysteriously sent her a letter demanding that they would meet once more, and offering the Burgundy police the location of the most wanted man in North America. Now determined to meet her father yet again, she sets out to escape Burgundy to find him. Now her only problem... is how.
