No one expected that this would happen.
They all thought it would be a fun light show in the sky to watch with their friends and family.
A once in a life time experience.
A meteor shower was blazing across the sky for the whole world to see. Beautiful streaks of green, blue and red.
Little did they know that the meteor shower would bring something so mythical and so unexpected to the earth.
While the world was watching this beautiful display, off in a field of a farm, a mother cow had just given birth to a set of twins, one a girl and one a boy. Distressed calls were heard as one of the calf's didn't move.
Far more distressing noises were heard as a change happened in the animals, confusion as their hooves, paws, claws and wings turned into arms and legs. Their tails disappearing into smooth skin.
On that night, half the animals of the world stood on two legs and were human.
This is where my story starts.
