Trevor Heart, the leader of a huge mafia, has been working on a drug for years-almost decades-wanting and desiring to be the most powerful mafia in the world, but the making of the drug was never successful. Something always was missing.

But after finding a special ingredient that would take the drug to a whole new level, Trevor soon became the most powerful and successful mafia leader. Every mafia worldwide went crazy for this drug. This drug makes you mentally and physically stronger, but, it has it's disadvantages. It's side effects could make you extremely aggresive, mentally unstable and could possibly make you lose your mind.

And most of the times, if the drug is too strong to handle, it could kill whoever consumes it.

But of course, Trevor didn't tell the world about the bad side effects that could be caused by the drug he has created.

He called the drug Heaven.

Another thing Trevor never told the world is what was that special ingredient he found. It was blood. Blood that had a mixture of unknown chemicals that are sought to kill anyone to be injected by them.

Nevaeh Elizabeth Heart, Trevor's only child, is the main source to the drug.

She is the source of blood her father uses for his drug.

In fact, almost only her blood is needed for the whole drug itself to be made.

She is the drug.
