Yesterday during my meeting a woman had mentioned that she has the hardest time maintaining motivation. She mentioned that there were foods that she wanted to eat but couldn't. A few people in the meeting mistook this for deprivation and told her that she could just have one cookie, instead of a whole dozen.All Rights Reserved
