Broken Pieces (rewrite)

Thatcher wakes up in a cold metal box knowing only one thing, her name.
She finds herself in a strange place surrounded by giant concrete walls. The boys around her call themselves the Gladers. But after only one day in this new world Thatcher experiences something too traumatic to even imagine. She finds herself trapped in the maze.
After going through the changing she learns the truth about who she really is and what's beyond those walls. Everything changes. Things are different. Friendships change. New enemies are made. People's fates change. Some lives are spared, others meet their end in a different way. Thatcher is left broken. But will she be fixed before she is lost forever.
