This story is based on the story in the show but it will be a little bit different. Meredith starts her internship at Seattle Grace Hospital and on her first shift she finds out that the guy she just kicked out of her bed earlier that day was her boss!! They start harboring secret feelings for each other but can't come to tell the other. They end up having a one night stand but after that Derek becomes distant because he has commitment issues because of past. They both are too scared to admit their feelings but when they start seeing each other with other people does that convince them to confess to one another or keep quiet? And will Derek reveal his issues or keep them hidden?
