It's been 5 years since the start of the apocalypse. Jules has left her family, most of her friends and everything that she used to know in exchange to roam about the war torn, distraught country in hopes to find survivors and rescue them. But when reminders of her old life pop up, and she intercepts Mitch from a hoard of zombies, things take a turn for the worst. Now, she has to battle for her own life, Mitch's and the group she leads as they try to find their way to a safe house all the way across the country.
