The war is over, all fear has gone, everyone related to Voldemort has gone to Azkaban, except for one family, The Malfoys.
The family that was most involved with the Dark Lord, all his members by his side.
Why will they be saved? Why them?
The Ministry of Magic offered them a condition to save themselves and be "free", apparently having betrayed Voldemort wasn't enough, everyone would accept without doubts or hesitation, it was that or end up in the wizarding prison, but the Malfoys were different. The Ministry knew that for them, it would be a great torture to accept, if they wanted to continue with their lives, they had no other option.
Accept for a whole year in their house a muggle who will be on an exchange in England.
