The 2011 London Riots were just the beginning.

Now nine years later, Britain is in a state of civil war between the authorities and teenage gangs who call themselves the Chaos. In an attempt to win back lost ground, the government have set up Operation Cuckoo: a teenage undercover task force.

Wade, a seventeen-year-old Cuckoo agent, is about to face his toughest mission yet. Meanwhile Arwen and Kitty have been forced to leave the safety of the Welsh countryside in search of supplies.

Their paths cross in London with explosive consequences.
