Amity barely had a childhood, while the small bit she did have wasn't very nice. She doesn't want to let her little side out, but she's been under a lot of stress and it's hard to cope.

Luz changed Amity for the better, and consequently, Amity started to develop feelings for the over-excited female. So Amity eventually built up the courage to finally get it out of her mind and confess to her. Unfortunately, it doesn't go as planned.
