This is a fem reader x Kawaki story. Your parents were very poor, so when a man came and proposed to buy their child, they agreed. You experienced the same thing as Kawaki, however, things didn't go as planned with you... 

Most of the story is your experiences in Kara, with Kawaki. The story is a slowburn, so kawaki x reader moments won't fill the entire story, but come at times.
