A Phantom of the Opera fanfiction from the point of view of Erik. It's a work in progress, so I will be updating it a lot. I'd love to hear feed back!
As for an overview; Christine returns to the opera house to continue her career, thinking Erik is dead. However, he is still very much alive & lurking in the walls, hoping destiny will bring Christine back to him. And if destiny doesn't, Erik is sure to take matters into his own hands.

In mere moments, Erik grasped Christine by the waist and pulled her under his protective dark cloak. There, pressed against his chest he moved into the shadows of the wings, Christine blinked at the sudden darkness, grasped Erik's firm arm around her waist with her hands, then struggled to see what was happening through the thick folds of his cloak. While Christine pretends to be in love in the public while he gets more famous as a drunk. Erik continues to sulk but keeps fighting to keep his sanity and not give into Raoul's taunts that Christine has moved on. While Raoul continues to threaten Christine to marry him or else Erik dies because of her.
