It is New Terra age 64 and the Consortium reigns supreme, the law of the Consortium Bureau of Justice Enforment punishes any and all crime with Execution or substantial fines.
In the overpopulated neon capital of New Terra: Deorum, the Praetorian rebellion is building, attacking enforcer headquarters. Gangs have started organising and avoiding enforcement. Spencer Shaw, an Executioner, starts seeing things differently when the Praetorian rebellion kidnap him and he realises more about himself and the consortium that he serves.
(Authors note: the story is incomplete and subject to change. Consider this a first draft until the story is complete. Whilst I prioritise plot and character, I do also like to write better prose so forgive me for my failings. If there are contradictions from what you can recall I may have rewritten the past chapters to better fit the plot and characters. Thank you for reading.)
