Alex Gaskarth and Layne Ulter had that relationship everyone wanted. They never fought, they never argued. That was until Alex met someone in the school corridors the day his girlfriend was away. Jack Barakat.
Jack wasn't one to show his feelings. Because of this he got bullied quite a lot at school and was forced to move. On his first day he saw the perfect couple and wanted (like most people) to be like them. On his second day only one was there. The guy came up to him that day. His name was Alex.
Layne doesn't know what's going on once this begins after a rumor spreads that she cheated on him. They both knew the rumor was false yet Alex's reactions to another boy strike her as unusual. She just thinks he was being kind like usual. Little did she know that Alex was slowly growing a slight affection for this other boy.
Jack is slowly tearing apart Alex and Layne's perfect relationship. He doesn't see it. He doesn't see Alex's actions are because he secretly likes him....He doesn't even notice his heart feeling things. If only he could.......what would happen then?

UNEDITED!! I am not planning on editing any of my stories on here as I do not have the time, however, I believe these stories are a great and fun read. Ignore all the spelling and grammar mistakes, trust me, I know they are there. Alex Gaskarth and Jack Barakat are and forever will be the best of friends. They do everything together, almost like brothers. People often joked with them by calling them a secret romance, and the boys would play along, stealing kisses while on stage for their band All Time Low, kisses that never really had an underlined meaning to either of them. But that changes when Jack meets the girl of his dreams, Scarlet Miller. Scarlet is everything Jack wants in a women, she's smart. funny, caring, and she knows how to be one of the guys. Rian and Zack absoultely adore her saying she is a part of the group. None of this sits well with Alex however, he is annoyed by the girl, always giving her a cold shoulder. After all, she is the girl that stole his best friend. Jack has been canceling plans and talking to Alex less and less.
