Set in the late 1960's Chicago, in an alternate version of America's history, we follow our antagonist Frank on a journey for redemption. Frank is a well paid and well educated African American who witnesses a senseless murder by the Mafia that he feels as though he may have caused. This murder haunts him and causes him to reflect on his own life and career choices. But what is Frank's profession and why does it pay so well? What moral sacrifices has he made to get where he is?
